can you dilute xanax powder EVENLY in another powder?

so i have like 250mg xanax powder from a reputable source i have a mg scale thats not really helpful compared to a submilligram scale, so if i were to mix 250mg xanxax powder with 250mg creatine powder for example would the xanax distrubute evenly throughout the whole creatine if i were to mix for a while or will there be the possiblility that some of the xanax is more concentrated in different parts of the powder?

They're probably two powders of a different density so that chance of an equal suspension is small considering the effects of gravity.

Why not just dilute it in a solution instead of combining it with other powders?

This is an absolutely horrible idea IMO. Fucking around with extremely potent benzo powders leads to trouble unless one is very careful. It will dissolve in propylene glycol & 91% isopropanol if PG is unavailable to you.
