Can tryptamines /lysergamides ALONE cause serotonin syndrome?

Im pretty confused about this, as Ive always been under the impression that mixing psychedelics with SSRI was pretty much the only way to get serotonin syndrome, but I recently read about an individual who got it from MDMA alone and then another case of someone getting it from saint Johns wort alone, and then 5-htp alone, and then some weird RC phenethylamine ALONE! So I feel like im going to discover that indeed its possible to suffer from SS from say, LSD alone. well is it? I remember once hearing never to combine Prozac and LSD but roommate seemed to do it all the time, in fact he reported that the acid was always weak while everyone elses faces melted off at the same dose. I searched and couldn't find much on whether tryptamines/lysergamides could cause SS alone

They may have misidentified the syndrome. It is difficult but not impossible to get it from one drug alone. It has been debated but I believe it is possible to get it from cannabis and an SSRI in combination as well.

Does anyone have experience smoking cannabis on an SSRI/SSNRI? During my brief and only experience with this class of pharmaceutical I had a traumatic and extreme reaction from cannabis. If anyone wants to know I can describe all the symptoms.

taking psychs on ssri (if you've been taking them for a while) will diminish the effects, and I read of many people mixing even mdma with ssris without experiencing ss.
LSD alone I've never heard of causing SS, very very unlikely imho even at huge doses.
LSD and tryptamines act in a different way than, for example, MDMA or 5mapb that flood your brain with serotonin (you see for example candyflipping is a very notorious combo and it's pretty safe as long as you keep the doses reasonable)
if you mix things such as MDMA and DXM you can get SS tho, but LSD and lysergmamides alone aren't know to cause it. they are actually very safe compunds (well speaking for lsd mainly) and I've read on erowid of people snorting coke-sized Lines of PURE LSD and surviving. one of the safest psychedelics.
