I have 2gr of a compound but I don't know exactly what it is, what is this called in short terms? I was told it's a replacement of 4-MMC but I think it's closer to bk-PMMA myself...

It's the N-ethyl analog of methedrone, bk-PMEA.

para-alkoxy cathinones are generally not very good things. The N-ethyl only dooms it further

Well, the SAR of these doesn't seem to be well established. Or if it is, I'm not well versed in it.
Anyway, para-methoxy makes amphetamines MAOIs, which is generally a bad thing to combine with DARIs and monoamine releasers. Is this true for cathinones? Probably, but I'm not positive.

No, it's not. It does increase affinity for MAO, however it brings the affinity to amphetamine levels (weak).
