Can someone help me interpret this?

Mecke: the liquid is a bit yellow/orange, powder turns bright green, then bubbles up - can't tell if it turned dark blue, some of the liquid remains yellow/orangey

Marquis: turns orange/brownish, no sign of turning black

Simons: goes from clearish to blue (positive indicator?)

Is there methampetamine in there?
The source admits there were "ground up energy pills" in the mix.

What does it take to find a clean source...

Any chance you could do another test, take some pics, and post them?

That is certainly is strange set of reactions. Either way, doesn't appear that you have MDxx. Mecke doesn't react to meth, but your marquis reaction certainly would appear to indicate meth.
