Currently got moved up to adderall XR 20 mg tuesday (today would be sunday) haven't built a tolerance yet. I've read on many forums that magnesium glycinate and magnesium taurate are the more ideal supplements I'd want to take. I have "NatureMade's" magnesium oxide 250 mg at home and was wondering if that'd work even though I know it is at the bottom of the barrel

Effects will probably be minimal if anything noticeable. Only sure-fire way to lower tolerance is to abstain.
