Recently I quit phenibut because I was extremely out of control with my phenibut use and was using sometimes up to 30 grams a day, 3-4 times a week for about a month or 2. Now its been 12 days since I stopped using phenibut and I feel like i'm emotionally numb. I cant feel happiness, sadness, anxiety, or really any emotion. Is this probably permanent?

I wouldn't say "probably permanent", but it's probably going to be a transient thing that may or may not take a while to pass. Expect a slow, gradual return to 'reality'. Hope my answer helps.

I have to second CH. The brain is an amazingly resilient organ, though it will take time to heal after heavy use like that, especially with stuff as unforgiving as gabaergic substances.
