Can log in on phone but not computer ??

Hey guys how come i can login in whenever very rasy when using my phone but not on the computer?

I make sure that im not logged in on my phone when trying to access the website on my computer. Its happened in the past too and im not sure why.

I make sure im logged out everywhere else but it just wont let me on the laptop..

You should be able to be logged onto both at the same time. Request a password reminder and change them on both devices.
