Can I use Promethazine (Phenergan) to help bring me down & sleep?

Hey folks,

Been a great night, had a pretty decent roll but the after effects are dragging on a bit...

All I have access to that would help me sleep would be Promethazine.

Is there any reason why that would be dangerous?

I wouldn't recommend it. You're much better off seeking out some trazodone or mirtazapine for this purpose. Promethazine has a bit of a nasty side effect profile by itself, I certainly wouldn't mix it with MDMA.
