In my mind. The choices are many, the consequences
Ok, so here's a quick history.

First n only addy experience was a 30 mg Xr swallowed whole which ended in a 9 hour panic/anxiety attack marathon.

Was put on Ritalin. Rx'd 60 mgs a day (20 mgs 3 x's a day) but been snorting 90-150 mgs a day (3-6 hr binges) that I did for at least a week. Got rush but no panic.

Of course I fucked up & tolerance is here. No lectures pls, it's already done.

I have some Adderall 15 mg IR & 30 mg XR which I refuse to touch bc of fear. The XR that is.

So, my question is how much of the IR should I b able to try to get the rec effect without having a ton of anxiety.

I was literally thinking half a 15 mg. is that way too low to bother?

The only two amphetamines I have taken are vyvanse and adderall ( xr and ir). I've done vyvanse roughly 10-15 times and xr twice. Today is my first experience with ir and I took 40 mg orally two hours ago and another 20 mg orally 30 min ago. The reason I'm posting this is because my heart rate is at 72 bpm.
I did take 40 mg xr last night. that was my first dose of amphetamine (or any othe drug) in almost exactly 6 months. I have slept only one hour since taking the XR last night so idk how that plays in but it just sort of amazes me where my heart rate is.

I don't think I'll ever try XR again haha.

I'm goin to try half a 15 mg IR n if nothing happens take the other half.

I usually dnt play with uppers, always been an opiate n benzo type chick lol. With weed, obviously ;)

Do u have ADHD? Maybe that's y ur heart rate is still fine. I can do a lot of my Ritalin n check my BP and pulse n they're always low. Except durin a panic attack.. Lol
