can i take 1-2mg of hydromorphone 9 hours after taking around 0.25mg valium + 1mg ativan?

You should be absolutely fine as the hydromorphone isn't active in your system anymore after 8 hours. The respiratory depression problem occurs when benzos are taken immediately concurrently with opioids or way closer than 8 hours. You're in the clear imo.

i didn’t take the klonopin but took like 4mg orally throughout the day, is that too much for no tolerance?
