RCs can i eat some food on AMT???

couse evry trip i had on it i just drank alot of water
and i couldent eat untill overed 7-10 hours from the begining.
becouse if i eat some thing my stomach hurt.
so i asking if there some way to eat on it or there is a Specific food that i can eat on it???

Stick to light meals, avoid heavy loads of carbs or fat. Fruit and light breads/crackers are best.

Gastric issues (nausea, cramping, gas etc) are a known side effect of AMT usage.

Cereal or ice cream (or yeah.. fruit) is best imo.. You don't want anything dry in any way..

There's never any guarantees with psychedelics, but banana should be inoffensive enough that you could eat it with no problems.

Other things to try: watermelon, cucumber, grapes, maybe berries? Avoid anything too fatty, acidic, or milk-based.

Yeah my post was more to bypass stimulants effects of "no, you will not and cannot eat!"
