RCs Can eutylone be liquified safely for i.v. use?

I've tried and failed. I was told it could be but I don't think so.

You lever know what you'll get buying RCs, it's chemistry beyond university knowledge, and it's "research" chemicals. Depending on the synth it can be very bad for the veins and you can easily overdose. Good batches of the stuff are considered fire.
