Hi everyone. I'm new to this forum, and I'm interested in learning about Piracetam. I've heard that this substance can enhance cognitive performance, learning capacity, and mental stamina. I know next to nothing about Piracetam, and would like some orientation.
[snip]
What is the therapeutic dosage for adults? Is it the kind of substance that needs to build-up in someone's blood stream over a period of days (i.e., aggregate effect of daily dosing) before its cognitive benefits manifest, or do the drug's effects show shortly after dosing?
What's the half-life for the medication?
Do people who take Piracetam tend to develop tolerance to the drug, such that, after a few months, the drug no longer has a therapeutic effect?
[snipagain]
Any other information about the drug's pros and cons would be helpful as well. Right now, I'm just researching the possibility of using it.
