Misc Can Anyone Identify This?

So today, a friend and I decided to skip the last part of the day at school because we were having another one of those end of the year assemblies that are always boring as all hell, and instead of going and walking around town, we decided to post up at an abandoned house in her neighborhood. There was nothing else to do, and just in case a teacher was to be driving around during their lunch hour or something, we figured it would be a good idea to lay low and just chill there until school was out. Well, after a while, we were bored of hanging out in the downstairs just listening to music, and went upstairs to look around for shit to do. Only to discover a bunch of white, powder filled, capsules and a bunch of both used, and unused, syringes laying all over the ground. I looked around to see if I could find a pill bottle of some sort that could potentially be related to these capsules, but came up with absolutely nothing. There's a shit ton of meth in my town, and my best guess is that this powdered shit is meth, but I don't have any experience with the stuff, and never plan on it. Anyway, it didn't really look like any coke I have seen in pictures, but was very similar looking. Kind of looked like flour, but without the clumps you see in cocain. There was literally a fuck ton of the stuff, and the picture I took is only a small amount of it, but I wanted to satisfy my curiosity, so I decided to post it here to see if anyone is able to identify it. The picture is kind of shitty quality because I took it from a safe distance in fear of getting any particles or anything in my hair and having it show up in a hair follicle test. Anyway, if anyone could tell me what it is, that would be great. Here's the link.

Sounds like scramble since you found it with some works.
if i had to guess you found like a good amount of scramble
but its not scramble if youre not near bmore/dc.
 
Scramble is a baltimore thing
really heavily cut heroin mixed with quinine sold in big ass gelcaps.
 
I'd leave that shit alone if I were you. There is only trouble to found in that situation. It is either bunk drugs or someone will be coming back for it shortly. Either way if you fuck with it your more than likely gonna end up in a bad situation.
 
Oh, I in no way planned on doing anything with the shit. I have no idea, and that's somebody stuff that he payed for, so I'm not about to steal it. I just wanted to know what it might be.
