Stimulants Can Adderall xr cause strange spatial sensations as side effect of higher doses?

out of recreation i have taken 120mg of adderall xr in the past 24 hours. 60mg at once last night, obviously did not get more than 5 minutes of sleep since taking it, then this morning and afternoon ingested another 2 30mg. Sometime earlier today i noticed wierd spatial sensations like i was off center or shifting, i have the sensation right now it is almost disorienting. Is this normal? I have been in my apt all day did not step out since getting the pills last night i think it's still going pretty strong hopefully the sensation will be slept off tonight. I have been smoking bongs the whole time too maybe that and being in a small apt is messing with my head a little.
