Can a bad mindset prevent effects of K?

tried some K, but no effects...
wasn't all up to it, and thought it was a bunch of shit, but then calmed down, and slammed 100 mg... no effects..
and then i was so pissed that i took one pill of E, no effects.. heard that this doesn't work sometimes b/c you wait for it, and i did that non stop...
 
i donno if this is scientifically proven-YET- but after long benders i find that drugs just stop working and the only justification i can come upwith was lack of sleep, considering i had the sleep dep thing goin and hadnt had any drugs for three days, i gave myself a 1/3 gram meth line in one go, after i got over the "i am awake coz that fucking hurt" phase i fell asleep, so i checked out the gear on my guinea pigs and they were going for days just 100 bag each
 
this was my first time to try K....but i knew what the effects would be... nothing
And i've done E before, rolled everytime
and the dealer sells legit shit...
