Ok, so long time ago i use to do coke, I did it for 2 years, and I stopped coke and started doing oxy. I got addicted to oxy, and was put on subox. I started reducing my sub down to 2mg. But after 3 weeks, I started craving drugs, so I bought some coke 1 gram. I did it for 2 days, and im scared im going to get hooked on coke. But i also don't want to waste. You guys think if i finish the coke, and then go back to more subox, ill be fine? Or I should just get ride of it now, and go back to higher dosage sub?

I so want to flush it down the toilet, but my cheapness is saying since u bought it finish it. But i'm worred if I finish it I wont have the power to stop.

If you wish to finish it, then do so. 1 gram of Coke over a couple of days is not gonna make you addicted to it, yes you may fiend/crave it for a few days after you stop, but then you'll be fine. Its not like you're IV'ing Heroin. And at least with Coke you do not experience any physical withdrawal if you do indeed become addicted, which if you finish the gram you bought, and do not buy anymore, you would not become addicted. But as I said in my previous post, only you truly know if you'll end up going back for more. Good luck anyway man, and don't do anything silly or rash.

That's not an argument. I've flushed hundreds of € of coke down the toilet, what would you do, re-sell it? Srsly?

As to your question, yes it can and it will. Because it lowers your psychological 'threshold'. I don't know where you stand in regards to cocaine/addiction but if you still crave it and want to get it that craving out of your system by a 3 day binge or whatever, then you are not in conditions to take it. IMHO.

I do believe that people can manage cocaine but in my experience it should never be abused, ie: I feel bad, so I take it / I crave it, so I take it / etc.

Once you can honestly evaluate in your head the possibility of having two bags of cocaine next to you, and evaluating the consequences and deciding, by your standards and pure reasoning if it's a good idea to lock yourself in and take it, or to meet with some friends and take it, or to store it and wait for a more opportune time to take it, or to throw it down the toilet, and none of these decisions is covered by some sort of overwhelming 'feeling', then you're at a point where I think you can manage cocaine.

But don't take it if you're craving it.

Don't take it, get clean and just wait for the day (it will come) when you can allow yourself to take it. You are your worst enemy but once you find ways to beat you, it's a beautiful thing :D

It's 1 gram.....

I would say get rid of it. You are already in a delicate spot with drugs. If your Suboxone taper is the root of powerful cravings, I'd be worried that your drug use is becoming compulsive. Although 1 gram of coke is unlikely to cause physical dependance, using it to satiate cravings is a bad habit to get into. Instead of beating your oxy addiction, you are transferring an unhealthy relationship from oxy to coke. Since you seem to worry about becoming addicted to coke, I'm led to believe that at least a part of you realizes this. Using the last bit of it will only make it harder to resist the next time you are craving.

If the cravings are severe enough that you are worried about your progress, then indeed go back to more. But it is ultimately only something that you can figure out, as Flyonth3wall said.

i ended up getting ride of it. I regard doing that :/. But every time i did a line after 40mins I wanted another one. I started at 12 and i was snorting coke until 5am.

thats the trouble with coke.
you can be so convinced on having your 'last line' one minute, then half an hour later you feel like death until you open that goddamn baggie again (which always ends up happening to me).
good work getting rid of the coke.
ive been in similar situations too many times recently.. i never flushed it though, i saved it and finished it days later.
i think the addiction comes when you find yourself buying coke every week. you just get trapped in a fucking evil chain of thoughts day in, day out, week in, week out until you realize that you are hooked -.-

Yep. exactly/ But luckly Im on subox, the next day I took more sub, and I didn't crave it anymore. But unforunitly Im back to squiare one, with the sub. the only reason I was craving coke was because I was cuting down on sub. I really was hoping I would not have crave drugs.

I've flushed drugs quite a few times. Never regretted the chance to try to get clean, even if I did later go back.
