What the actual fucking fuck is wrong with humanity?!
A man is now left (possibly) permanently paralysed after receiving two shots to vertebrae T7 and C1, with one entering through his neck. The man was shot whilst fucking crawling from the wreckage of his car. He was unarmed and presented no threat to the officer.
The officer drew his weapon, fired two shots into the injured and defenseless driver, holstered the weapon and then proceeded to call in the incident, ex posto facto, as "guy refusing to get out of the vehicle".

This disgrace of a human being will face no charges due to the measured shooting of a helpless innocent being deemed "accidental" by the District Attorney.

He wasn't even black!?

Cops in the USA are generally, simply put, shite at their jobs. Their training does not focus on de-escalation. One of the biggest crimes seems to be to disrespect a police officer. Can you imagine these officers doing Saturday night patrol in Tyneside!?

They know everyone has a gun so they're paranoid (such as shooting knife wielding people with mental health issues from 30ft away because they 'posed an immediate threat'). They don't even shoot to incapacitate, they shoot to kill, as evidenced by bullet ridden corpses. It takes a certain kind of restraint and courage to be a police officer. I've seen countless videos where the cops seem to forget there's a dash cam pointed at them; you'll often hear 'don't reach for my gun'.

All police officers on patrol here in Northern Ireland are armed with handguns and their firearms are rarely discharged. You're statistically more likely to be shot by a toddler than a terrorist in the USA. Somebody send them more guns so they can be safe.
