Cactus sugar (glucose, fructose)

Anyone have an idea, or general idea as to the types of sugars I may be ingesting if I prepare one of these psychoactive cacti?

I have a disorder where sorbitol can screw with me, as does excess fructose to glucose.

Have you actually tasted a cactus? there's not a lot of sugar in there.

The sugar profile would probably be quite complex, but nothing will be present in large levels, & I would not expect any sugar alcohols. I would wager the fibre, phenols, fats etc would cause more problems for many peoples GI tracts than sugar in cactus.

As long as it doesn't have sorbitol I should be okay with amounts I'm seeing people ingest.

Thanks.
