First the background. I'm on 12mg of sertindole and 30mg of duloxetine a day.

I'm somewhat stable on that combination of meds however I would like to be able to do drugs. I bought some BZP, but it had absolutely no effect on me. Is it because of my meds, was my BZP of shitty quality or is there something different wrong with me?

You could say that the BZP made me slightly more focused, but that's about it.

Would I have better luck with another stimulant?

It's unlikely that any stimulants (and psychedelics, as a side note) will work for you because of those meds you mention.

Duloxetine is a SNRI so it is going to block the NET and SERT inhibition that stimulants use to raise the level of monoamines in your synapses.
Sertindole is going to present you even more problems here because it's D2 antagonism is going to block the effects of the increased DA levels that stimulants will cause.
In addition, it's 5-HT2A antagonism is going to prevent serotonergic psychedelics (like LSD, mushrooms, etc) working too, if you're interested in that sort of thing.
People sometimes take DA antagonists to come down from big stimulant binges, so i'm sure you can see the implications of this.

Sorry, you aren't going to have any luck.

unfortunately it is not available. So I repeat my question. would a regular SSRI work better with stimulants, or is the problem my antipsychotic med?
