yeah pepe, i feel that way often. you're not alone.
and i also know that there's usually something that triggers the self-evaulation that we do, and maybe you need to figure out what it is you're really looking for... what it is that really has you down, and has you searching for these answers. i dont like to look at myself and be upset or disappointed with what i see, but i also know that my opinion of myself matters more than other people's opinion of me. that's why i only dress-up to please myself; i only do things to myself or buy things for myself to make ME feel good... i dont need anyone's approval... but at the same time, we like to have that: everyone's OK.
sometimes, by yourself is the only way to FIND yourself. and knowing you as i do, that is a very good person.
