Buspar as a mdpv potentiater

Buspirone (Buspar) is not going to potentiate MDPV or produce an additive effect. If anything, it is going to lessen the effects of MDPV.

I think that I understand why you're getting this idea, but can you please explicate? Also, the wording of your question is confusing. By "chump" do you mean "trump"?

Seeing as buspirone is a dopamine (D2) antagonist, as well as an a1 and a2 adrenergic antagonist, no -- all of the desirable dopaminergic and noradrenergic effects of the MDPV will be greatly lessened or lost completely. In english, buspirone binds to the receptors that dopamine and norepinephrine interact with but without activating the receptors: blocking those "good" chemicals from bonding at the receptor and causing all the good effects.
