Pharmacology Burnt my hand badly

I just burnt the fuck out of 2 fingers on my right hand boiling eggs. It's between a 1st and 2nd degree burn. The strongest shit I have in the house are my powdered opium capsules...had a really 2 good days and just knew something crappy would happen to me. Eugh.

I don't have Ph strips, but I have white vinegar and calcium tablets... am I shit out of luck rn?
 
I feel like vinegar isn't a sufficiently strong acid for the extraction, and the calcium in tablets isn't basic enough (they use calcium hydroxide).

Can you get strong NSAIDs like ketolorac or diclofenac? They are pretty hard on the gut but strong painkillers. A friend got a shot of ketolorac after a second degree burn from spilling tea, and said it helped a lot. Also got lidocaine ointment to spread on the burn.

I have ketorlac and ibuprofen. No lidocaine unfortunately.
 
You know. Every time that I was on benzo's. (Xan's) I would burn myself with boiling water. I am not kidding.

I threw some boiling water in a bathtub one time. And it curved around into a wave and splashed my leg. I have scar.

I ended up going into the hospital asap. Nothing worked except bandages and time.
Extreme pain never stopped and I realised it.

I can't remember if I got medication because it was a long long time ago. But I only burned myself one more time after that. I couldn't believe it happened again.

That Never happened to me on opioids. But no, I couldn't stop the pain.

Maybe a gabapentin would at least help a bit. Krottom

I really hope that you can get better. And never ever burn yourself again. I do.
 
Whats wrong with opium in that state? Isolating the morphine isn't going to make it stronger unless you plan on injecting. But if you have to ask how to do it, then you definitely won't be able to isolate a product that is clean enough to inject.

The pain has subsided to a tolerable level. Thank you for the sage advice. I never IV except when it is administered to me legally and in a clinical setting. I'd snort it or boof it at the most. I'm referring to morphine or fentanyl.
