Bupropion potentiate stims?

I've heard mixed results with this combination, some people have had it block their stimulants (Dexedrine, Adderall), others have had potentiation occur.

However, the main risk of this combination is the increased risk of seizures.

Extreme caution is advised if bupropion is administered with any substance that can reduce the seizure threshold, particularly in the elderly and in patients with a history of seizures or other risk factors for seizures (e.g., head trauma; brain tumor; severe hepatic cirrhosis; metabolic disorders; CNS infections; excessive use of alcohol or sedatives; addiction to opiates, cocaine, or stimulants; diabetes treated with oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin). Bupropion as well as concomitant medications should be initiated at the lower end of the dose range and titrated gradually if feasible. The total dose of bupropion should generally not exceed 450 mg/day (or 150 mg every other day in patients with severe hepatic cirrhosis). Bupropion should be discontinued and not restarted in patients who experience a seizure during treatment.

Mixing amphetamines and bupropion could be dangerous because amphetamines lower the seizure threshold.

I'd never take over 300 mgs of bupropion, shit fucks up my stomach. I thought 150 mgs of bupropion added more of a "rush" to a fairly high dosage of stims. I also take a low dose of benzos with my stims to take off the anxiety and unwanted effects so that should hopefully prevent a seizure hah. I guess adding bupropion to stims is nothing remarkable though

It may add or subtract from the experience, but the fact that both drugs will lower the seizure threshold is a very bad idea. I agree with Neighborhood Threat and StaySedated. Use extreme caution. An anticonvulsant or a sedative would help with that, but that is a whole 'nother set of problems. I'd advise against it completely.

^Indeed, a seizure is not a laughing matter.

While using benzodiazepines or other anti-seizure drugs in combination with this already-existing combination may reduce the risk of seizure, it does open up a whole 'nother can of worms, so to speak.

Please be careful with this combination, if you ask me, the only real way to be careful with this combination is to not do it unless prescribed to by a doctor/medical professional.
