hey guys i relapsed after being clean for about a month so im pissed at myself, anyways i picked up some subs and just wanted to know if this is the correct way to take them before my first dose i wait 36hrs-48hrs after my last bag of heroin,so as to not preciptate withdrawl symptoms after the amount of time has passed i will take 1/2 a pill or 4mg of suboxone which in the past held me from getting withdrawl symtoms i figure i have enough to go 1 week then drop down to 2mg pills for 1 week and i hope that is all i need to come off comfortably. plz input on this thread thanks john
