Guys I am starting bupe treatment tomorrow to quit my opiod/opiate habit-codeine phospate-CWE and a tramadol habit.
I am also on a benzo precribed rehab taper from previous high use.
We all know including doctors that the true mechanism of tramadol a pain ,reliever,anti-d type stim, reccie etc are still misunderstood as are the W/D non opiate like symptoms.
Question is.....from what I understand,Bupe makes codeine/heroin/opiate pointless as it does with opoids tramadol and oxys.
However surely if the addiction,habit,feelgood factor stems from the SNRI properties (Ihave nothad even a weak relaxtion let alone A opoid feeling from trams in years.
Anyhow by this guesswork I would say subutex will indeed block the opoid parr of tramadol not the SNRI?
