Bromazolam + phenibut

I was wondering if anyone has any experience combining these two substances? I have both arriving tomorrow and am wondering if it would be a good combo. This will be my first time experimenting with bromazolam. Any info about this combo would be greatly appreciated.

I've never combined them but if it's your first time then I recommend trying them separately. Phenibut is great. It's effects are pretty subtle but can still lead to some bad decision making due to the disinhibition. That mixed with a benzo could lead to some really bad decisions being acted out. Bromazolam is a pretty heavy benzo in my experience. It's very sedating. I never attempted to take it during the day for that reason. Another concern I have about the combo is that I can see mixing the 2 leading to some bad rebound anxiety. That rebound anxiety is what leads to and fuels addiction to benzos. Take benzos for a day or two, have rebound anxiety, feel the need to take a benzo and before you know it you're experiencing actual withdrawals. Same thing can happen with phenibut

Thanks for the reply and info. I have somewhat of a phenibut tolerance. I have been using the blue rise liquid sold at the store for the past 6 months to help with depression. I decided to get some phenibut powder online because it's so much cheaper. I have had benzo addiction problems in the past so I didn't order too many. I haven't had a benzo in almost a year. However, I mainly just wanted to get something for sleep. Two of my dogs are dying of cancer and I'm barely sleeping. I appreciate the advice, I will definitely gauge out the bromazolam first. Do you have any advice on starting dose for bromazolam?

I'm very sorry to hear about your dogs. I can understand the desire for something to help sleep and calm the mind.

As for a Bromazolam dose, I took .5mg and it was more than enough for me. I found that dose to be pretty heavily sedating and pretty effective for sleep. I've heard others report that they found that dose weak and needed more, though I'm going to assume that they were in active benzo addiction. Since you haven't had any in a year, I'd say start with .5mg. Wait an hour at least before deciding to take more. I think the most I have taken was 1mg total and that was to get to sleep after using meth. I wish you the best of luck. Let me know if you have anymore questions and I'll do my best to answer, though I don't have a ton of bromazolam experience. What is your daily Phenibut dose?

Thank you for the kind words. Thanks again for the advice, I will start low with the bromazolam. I had some clonazolam a few years back and I took the bar and blacked out for 5 hours. That always frightened me so I don't want that to happen. As far as phenibut goes I haven't been using a crazy amount. I've gone from 500 mg a day to around 1 gram a day in the past six months.

Being familiar with that form of Phenibut, I'm not sure if you're familiar with how long it takes to really hit. I'll remind that it can take hours just to be sure. So, consider that in your timing.
Try the bromazolam and find your dose on that. Then, the next time, get to full throttle on the Phenibut and do half that previous amount of bromazolam.
I know that for harm reduction I should be saying "DON'T DO IT", but take it from an ex downer head, even downer heads are careful mixing downers until they get a feel for them. Start low, then go from there.

Phenibut ime has effects not desirable. Ime.
I d try em separate first and be easy on the dose,
specially Phenibut. 500 mg to test ?

Takes a while to hit and long half live.

Oh yeah, clonazolam is a wild one. I was addicted to it for some time. It scares me as it's the only benzo that reliably produced cognitive euphoria similar to other classes of drugs. Benzos are relaxing and can feel good but I wouldn't say they've ever really caused me to experience euphoria, except for clonazolam. Very potent too so I'm not surprised that you blacked out.

And that's not an outrageous amount of phenibut by any means. I imagine you'd probably be fine mixing it with bromazolam, though it wouldn't hurt to lower your dose the day you plan to try bromazolam

Totally agree! Clonazolam frightened me, after a short experimenting i decided it was not for me. I would like to provide an update. So I got both my orders yesterday. Oh yeah, a little extra background. Back in 2018 I did have a 6 or 7 month stink will pure phenibut hlc back when you could still get it from nootropics depot. Anyway, I took 500mg of phenibut ( I didn't wait for peak effects) then took 2 mg of bromazolam, waited felt good then took the other 2. Like I said earlier, I've been so exhausted that I was out at 8pm and woke up today at 6am feeling refreshed. I took 500mg of phenibut after I woke up and have not taken any more bromazolam. I am one of the unfortunate ones that experience seizures from bad benzo withdrawals but have gotten to a place where I don't take them to get fucked up. I am diagnosed with CPTSD from witnessing my family's homicide at 15 so benzos for the most part make me feel functional and normal. Also I am very glad to not have to buy the BlueRise redrawn stuff from the store anymore because I feel like all the extra stima they put in that stuff were causing bad reactions for me.
