This seems like quite an enjoyable game for the mean time. I am now 3 days into brewing my own Cooper's Real Australian Ale. It only takes ~5 days to ferment. After storing for a couple of extra weeks I will have 24 litres of premium booze on tap at my disposal all for ~$30. I will tell you what it tastes like (sweet/sour) when all is done. Some people prefer the taste of mass produced lager but I could see homebrew being even more desirable. The temperature needss to be held between 21-27C at all times during brewing. If the temperature can be held at the lower end during brewing then you get a better brew.

Havnt brewed any beer yet. I just got into this it seems like a great little hobby got like 10 wait make that 8 now bottles of dandelion wine down in my cellar. Im going to make a 5 gallon of rootbeer in the near future dose that count? Will have a tiny alchol content. I wanna start distilling though that seems like a good hobby.

brewing your own is awesome. I had a frieds who did it last year, but he didnn't like the outcome so he gave it all to me. I found it to be much more potent than piss, domestic american beer, and much better tasting than dark-ass, foul forgin beer.
