This seems like quite an enjoyable game for the mean time. I am now 3 days into brewing my own Cooper's Real Australian Ale. It only takes ~5 days to ferment. After storing for a couple of extra weeks I will have 24 litres of premium booze on tap at my disposal all for ~$30. I will tell you what it tastes like (sweet/sour) when all is done. Some people prefer the taste of mass produced lager but I could see homebrew being even more desirable. The temperature needss to be held between 21-27C at all times during brewing. If the temperature can be held at the lower end during brewing then you get a better brew.
