Y'all don't know the magic of breakfast!!
It's the only meal that's easy for me to get down (especially when I shoot meth after and tweak for the rest of the day). And it totally changes the course of your day: It's easier to get into a healthy morning routine when you have a definite event to plan around. Having a really nutrient-rich breakfast (I do oatmeal with almonds and greek yogurt and granola, plus some fruit and milk and coffee) sets you up for a strong start to the day :D
