After a night of general abuse I love to try and effect recovery to normal baseline as quickly as possible to function out in real world without looking like some party casualty.....to this end I use breakfast. It is a carefully thought out combination, based purely on instinct and has no basis in factual reality whatsoever - but, it seems to work a treat....here's mine, what's yours? 
porridge, made with mostly water and a splash of full fat milk, not overcooked, sliced banana, sliced crystallized stem ginger, teaspoon of cocoa nibs and a teaspoon of spirulina powder .
The spirulina tastes like I would imagine pond slime to taste and is a hard taste to get used to, but having just finished my first tub and vowing to get no more, I found the porridge bananas and ginger to taste very bland, so bought a second tub and am loving it. The whole concoction works a treat and I feel great for it!!
