as someone who hates all this sensationalistic tabloid pseudo-journalism that seems to saturate german tv (i'm certain it's the same everywhere) i consider brass eye pure genius. their episode on drugs is probably the best, and in spite of being from the mid nineties still completely accurate in its derisive mockery. also, it's one of the funniest pieces of tv i've ever seen. a perfect example of caustic satire. enjoy:

one of the best pieces of television in history. i mean chris morris really made all those celebs (who i don't know as a german but assumed were TV personalities) say the most incredibly retarded things, stuff that a 7 year old would know is fake. will self once famously called out "Oi cunt, got any cake?" after briefly meeting the MP that appeared in the episode. which got him shitcanned from whatever job he was working back then.

that whole episode is insanely quoteable.
tomorrow, when i'm in frankfurt i'll find the next best drug dealer and demand some clarkie cat, yellow benzenes and triple sod because i don't want my arms to feel like a two fortnights in a bad balloon.
it sort of irks me that not more people are watching this. i mean something this brilliant is really rare and brass eye was one of the true high points of tv anywhere, right up there with the thick of it in terms of acerbic brilliance. come on people! here is a work of genius and is probably the best thing you can do with your next 23 minutes. also, every joke works perfectly.
