guys, i need some help...
on 13th, i just had 5 pills of E in 10 hours..... i have to admit that night was so damn crazy.
the next day i was fine, just having slight muscle pain.
on 15th in the morning, i woke up with the craziest brain zaps ever, i was like... i can't even walk straight, can't eat, can't drink, because if i eat or drink i got motion sickness and i throw up.
i got to a doctor that night and he gave me a shot to relieve the motion sickness so i can eat, and he prescribed me some medicine to handle my vertigo.
while it is getting better each day, but it seems like it's getting better very slowly, now it's 17th(day 4) and i still have zaps when i move my eyes left-right, and i can hear buzzing/zapping sound too.

i was trying to look for 5HTP, and i couldn't find it anywhere in my country.
the best thing i could find is saint johns wort, which you ppl over here don't recommend taking.

is this considered normal for a brain zap from a high dose of E?
how long would it last averagely?
is taking SJW still an option in my case?
do i have serotonin syndrome?
is there any way to deal with this brain zaps?

I think this is the general response from users around here.

We don't know what were in those pills if you didn't test it with a testing kit so we have no way of knowing if the pills you took actually contained MDMA. It could be anything that's causing those symptoms.

oh....
but is it considered normal for a brain zap to last for days like mine?

and if i were to get a test kit, any place i should read for a guide?
i still have 1 left, so i think i still have better chance if i were to test it and let u guys know.

Search the psychedelic forum for "brain zaps" and you'll see a big thread on them will multiple suggested treatments. I've now successfully stopped brain zaps that would have otherwise lasted 3 or 4 days by taking a 300 mg dose of DXM. I don't know why it works but it gets rid of them and keeps them gone for me.

I have gotten brain zaps before from what I know was MDMA. I only do mdma a few times a year, but I find that I get brain zaps afterwards if I take a high dose in one night (500 mg over the course of 7 hours). They lasted for a few days and became less intense every time. I found that taking 5-htp and antioxidants such as vit. c and green tea extract helped, so it is unfortunate that you can't find any 5-htp where you are. Maybe order some online for the next time you roll if this happens again? Ill let you read over the Brain Zap forum to get some more information about it, but just wanted to tell you that you are not the only one that this happens to - even with taking what was known to be MDMA as well as never abusing it.

Yes it is completely normal for this to be happening to you for days. After rolling 3 times in two weeks it took almost a month for me to stop having them.

I don't recommend taking DXM if you have brain zaps, because it does release a fair amount of serotonin that you need (and most likely don't have to spare.) So I suggest that you take a good complex vitamin, maybe some 5-HTP if you can find it. If not, try eating any kinds of food that you can get tryptophan out of, milk and most kinds of meat should work well. Also try staying away from psychoactives, weed usually makes my brain zaps worse whenever I get them.

Boy do you ever have my sympathies. In all the years I rolled I only got this one time - and it wasn't so much brain zaps as this vertigo that lasted for a week or more although the absolute worst probably was two to four days after I used. When I would move my eyes left or right I would hear/feel this swooshing or zinging noise and instantly feel like I was going to throw up - whenever I walked around I constantly felt on the verge of throwing up and it was this kind of sick feeling that was like this merciless cloud of nausea that would rise and fall. It does go away, but it seems to fade slowly and may take days and days.

the brain zaps are signs of unbalanced sleep schedule. once you get back to regular diet/sleep schedule it'll be gone. the brain zaps usually goes away after a week or more.

whoa, so it's common, lucky i found this forum by accident.
thank you all for the supportive replies, i decided to let nature take its course.

ok quick update, i've completely void of brain zaps now!

here's what i took:
2 tabs of fish oil
2 tabs of vitamin B complex

now all that is left is my ulcer problem... that's what you get after 2 days of fasting.
