Stimulants brain receptors

I've been taking Adderall for 6 years now and I stopped for 2 years. Now when I take an Adderall pill 30 mg or 60mg I don't feel anything, I also taken Ritalin and foclin high doses, I just don't feel anything. I've tried a very pure cocaine and still didn't feel anything.
can you guys help me how to fix this. are my brain receptors dead???
