Ok, I want to make sure I understand this. If I go to mexico, buy my pharms, valiums, xanax, etc. etc. and hide it in my bag and lets say my bag would get searched and they find the pharms. Am I going to be arrested and detained or are they just going to take my pharms? From what I heard they just took the pharms.
Anyone know the answer to this?
 
Most likely they will just take the drugs - forget what your friends told you about a "90 day supply" law and simply say "oh, I didn't know" and hand them over... as long as you keep the amounts small you will be ok - ie a bottle of each type of pill, maybe two bottles of Valium, one bottle of Xanax and one bottle of Codeine .. but if you come back with a trunk full of stuff they might detain you or simply shoot you on the spot, if you're detained you will be sentenced, more then likely you will get the death penalty, after you're raped many times in a mexican prison!
You can take the pills out of the bottle, wrap them in and stick them inside your female friend (tell her the only way you can get them out is with your teeth - it makes it fun!) Dogs can't detect most pharmies so you're safe..
 
A friend and I were stopped at the Canadian Border and between the two of us, they found 15 muscle relaxants. Whatever you do...do NOT lie to them, they apparently have all these nifty tests they can do right away to see what the substance is. I just told them my pills were a script and when they learned I didnt have the RX, I had to sign a form and they just tossed 'em. (And later took them out of the trash, Im sure) Be careful...Good Luck.
 
I don't think thats a good idea. They are getting stricter and stricter down there. Carrying it in a bag is a given that they will search it.
 
You actually have a decent chance of getting the shit back into the US.. they only stop you and ask you a few questions, if you're calm and clean cut they will most likely wave you through..
Just remember they don't need probable cause to search you, so you better convey an image of "drug free" or else they will tear you apart!
