spend alot of money on food :- meats, chicken, fish, cheese, eggs, lots of fruit, lots of veg, cereals, lotss of nuts, brown pasta, brown bread, sweet potatoes, yoghurt, aabsoloutely sh1t loads of junk food, 8-10 meals a day and constant snacking on junk food,.. evry 2 hours drink a protein shake frpm dusk till dawn.
Then you try stopping eating.............. you will constantly be hungry thats how I went from 8 stone to 10 and a half in a year!
