bookmark icon missing from toolbar

i occasionally bookmark posts intending to revisit them at a later date. i understand there's supposed to be a bookmark icon in the top right corner (next to the icons for alerts and conversations) but i don't see it:

how can i access my saved bookmarks?

I always thought book bookmarks were accessed through when you click on the thumbnail for your profile

I'm honestly not sure but I will look into it.

So I couldn't figure out how to replicate that exact layout, but I did find something nearly as good. Does this help @alasdairm ?
