All drugs generally get sent through the liver at some point but ~50% of the absorbed drugs when administered rectally will enter general circulation and get to the brain and other tissues immediately rather than going to the liver first. There is some metabolism that happens in other tissues but the p450 metabolism happens in the liver

Is that 50% true for everything you boof? Do very many drugs require passing through the liver to be metabolised?

It's not a consistent rule across all drugs, bioavailability and metabolism pathways vary wildly from boofing. 50% is just a general rule of thumb.
