Benzos Body zaps....abit scared and confused?

so as a lot of you know I have been on 10mg of diazepam for 2 weeks now

in he last 3 days more sooo in afternoon and evening when relaxed I am getting feelings that I can only describe as if I was to touch a light electric fence. sometimes their extremely quick and sometimes they last for half a second....still quick I know but abut more worrying. Is this normal......I have not reduced the dose and wont have my last 2.5mg till 9pm....which is another 20 mins here?

any ideas

I try my best to take 2.5mg X4 a day at 10am , 3pm, 6pm and 9pm...... and have mainly noticed the zapping sensation starting at around 1-4pm ......itsalso probably getting more regular.......makes ma tounge feel funny too when I get a zap........but like I say best wauy to describe it is like a little electric fence feeling.

Brain Zaps. Bzzt. Noone really knows what they are at this point. I would try adding a banana into your diet at least once a day. Magnesium/Potassium ratio could be off. 2.5mg diazepam X4 is a very light dosage.

I have 2 bannas every morning before a 5 mile bike ride........hehe. Benzos are prescribed for really bad anxiety......so maybe its just that. I hear it can be when ur relaxed but ur anxiety is still their it can be like ur body releasing jolts of energy

maybe im eating too mny bannanas?? if that's possible. only started eating them a week ago as cbt said they was best fruit.

I get them too, thought it was from my effexor, but maybe it is from my xanax. Maybe it has something to do with neurotransmitters (serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine, etc.) I only take the xanax as needed, and the effexor everyday.

I only got a brain zap from a rec dose of clonazepam on a 2c-i comedown
