Body numbness after "MDMA"

I'm becoming highly paranoid about the numbness. It's been 12 hours and my body is numb. At times it comes and goes. I have been drinking Powerade and have been urinating 2-3 per hour and it comes out a little yellow. I took the MDMA on an empty stomach and I bought it from a random person so I'm not sure what it was cut with. When I started to get numb I forced myself to throw up as much as possible. Not sure if it could be an anxiety panic attack that I can't recover. Any similar situations?

Body numbness, particularly in the extremities, can be brought on by anxiety and panic attacks. Due to depleted serotonin levels after an MDMA trip, you can experience more anxiety than usual.

It's impossible for me to say for sure that it is this or that, but my advice for you is to try to relax and take care of your self. Snuggle up under a blanket, listen to some calming music, watch a feel good movie, try to eat - fatty and protein rich food helps increase your level of neurotransmitters such as serotonin. At least eat so you are not hungry. It can also help to lotion yourself, or take a warm shower and rub your skin with a soft cloth. Anything to get serotonin/ oxytoxin flowing, such as a massage. Create a date night with yourself, with candles (dim lights), comfort food. Anything that helps you stress down.

Depending on dose, At 12 hours there is probably loads of serotonin in her brain because MDMA is also an MAO-A inhibitor.

While it isn't particularly usable (because of the re-uptake inhibition) overall brain serotonin is not depleted -- the vesicles may be -- but again that depends on dose.

Futhermore, in a normal recreational dose, tryptophan hydroxylase is not inhibited enough to significantly affect serotonin synthesis, so it is actually quickly replenished --

You should take this sing to not do this mdma anymore, the bottom line dont take any risk is way better to be safe then later regret your body is letting you know that something is not right btw I'm speaking from my own experience so just be safe and take care.
