Body cramps from meth use and no sleep?

so my buddy and me are hanging out, he has been up a whole 3 days now i havent tho, hes experiencing cramps in his chest and other parts in that area. i have only done a little so im fine, but why is he feeling like this? hes a lil worried but not to much
