n3o... now you know who he is! For a while there was also a naked cowgirl. It was said that they were soul mates. He essentially dwells in Times Square in NYC playing the guitar in his underoos. He gained his fame simply by doing that. Now he's a staple in Times Square.

I've got a business card he gave me once when he was running for office. :D

IP... I thought about that too, but part of me liked the other cameras there because (in my mind) it added to the scenery... as if I was one of a sea of people capturing the moment. I felt like it almost gave it a gonzo photography type of feel. Though maybe I over thought it!
