bluelight diagnosis ,Depression ,Bipolar,ADHD ????

what is being sane and crazy ,far out ,i just some times feel that the lower majority seem to take all the punches ,.....

i wish i did something with my life at a earlier stage because now its just fucked.

...I have never been diagnosed or seen a doctor about my life and behaviour.Am scared to take medication or be classed as having some sort of mental disorder. But i think its time to ask for some proffesional help or see a doctor.

Any feedback on this would be great or other people that are the same as me and what they did to break the cycle of self destruction.::|:(:\:);):D8o

If you are concerned that you may be suffering from a mental health issue then you should look into it by seeing a professional. If you had a problem with your heart or kidneys you would want to know what was wrong so you could properly treat it and get better, right? So what is the difference between having a problem with the rest of your organs in your body versus having a problem with your brain? There is a lot of stigma about mental illness, but most forms of mental illness these days are extremely treatable and do not necessary mean that your life is over. Why are you scared of taking medications? If you had high cholesterol or diabetes you wouldn't take the right medications for it?

I have bipolar disorder, took the proper steps to treat it (medications and therapy) and I am doing just fine in life. There really is no limit to what I can do with my life because I am on medications that work and I am perfectly fine now.

If you have schizophrenia, which I doubt based on what little information you have presented here, then things may be a different story as schizophrenia is still incredibly difficult to treat. Bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mood disorders are just medical conditions that need to be treated properly. If you get the proper diagnosis and treatment and stay away from drugs no one really ever has to know about your private medical history. Chances are most people would never know unless you told them, as is the case with me.

If you are suffering from a mental health issue you probably will never be able to break the cycle of self destruction/drug use unless you treat the underlying mental health issue anyway.
