1) it's SUPER easy to find out specifics about the substances you own (regarding 'pills'). The Internet is your friend. Thus - you can find out if these (of which you speak) are generic, WHICH generic name they are, if they are NOT generic, etc. 2) there are a shit ton of threads on here regarding pill potency/subjective opinions regarding this issue... etc. ALL over bluelight. 3) In sum - first Google the pills, you can figure out where to navigate from there on... THEN search within bluelight. You'll find many answers.

Also - we can't tell you how to 'get pills' from a Doc. If you have a legit reason to have something prescribed, it shouldn't be a problem to get.

It sounds like you're already on a good amount of alprazolam.

We don't discuss differences between generics vs. brand names here. There isn't any real difference. If you find that a certain pharm company's alprazolam don't work for you but another one does, speak to your pharmacy about getting the one that works for you. I've never noticed a difference between the different generics.
