Misc Blue Lotus 30x extract powder???

I will be receiving today 1 gram of Blue Lotus 30x extract powder. I've looked around and haven't really been able to find any thing.

How much should I take for the 1st time?

I normally just toss and wash Kratom, will that be fine with Blue Lotus? I'm not a smoker so I don't really having anything to smoke it with.
