I think I've exhausted my research abilities with this and still have no answer!
I've recently been copping my H from this guy who does NOT speak English so asking him is useless.
at first glance it looks pretty white, after water is added I have to cook it like crazy due to the thickness of it... and what is left on the spoon are BLUE/GREEN SPECKS/FLAKES.
it's not very high quality stuff and I'd love to know, if possible, wtf I'm putting into my body.
