Has anyone heard anything about these?

These were in Louisiana a while back and people were calling them Famous pills cause they look kinda like the famous stars and straps logo. As far as i know they were pipes. They were with the outpressed glocks that were pipes too. Im not saying these are pipes for sure but thats my opinion.
