today i picked up a blue dolphin ecstasy pill
the pill looks exactly like

but the dolphin is facing right
i repeat the pill looks exactly like in the picture, EXACTLY. but the dolphin is facing right
any ideas on what might be in this pill?
the press looks clean, its not waxy. it looks pretty legit. but u cant tell by looks tho i know that.
