I've been using blow to help with schizophrenia. I have my logical reasons for doing this--im not really feeling like going in to why this is my choice and i know its not the best.

I've been going through some withdrawal which I know are about %90 psychological, considering the nature of cocaine and my condition that im treating with coke, but i have also notice some physical symptoms, which i am finding are pretty rare among coke users. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
these are my symptoms:
-body pain, joint, muscle, etc
-headaches
-impairing dizziness
-fevers
-being extremely hungry, or having an appetite even if i've just eaten a lot (kind of expected..)
-being extremely tired (which is also expected...)

I wonder how much of the psychological symptoms affect my body. I have always taken my stress physically. I have withdrawal when i've had to use more than i planned out for the day and i'm waiting for bills that need to be taken care of before i buy more. Other low-grade amphetamines and uppers like Ritalin, Vyvanse, etc, help, but not as much as blow makes all of this go away. Any input?

Do you have access to benzos? If you do, I would take some and it will allow you to chill and help headaches and aches and pains and if you have it pop a couple ibuprofen to help with aches and pains also but mostly to help the fever.
Good luck.
Hope you feel better soon. And remember, if it is all in your head than you could control it if you were taking a med made for schizophrenia like seroquel or zyprexa. I am on 20mg zyprexa/night for Bipolar disorder..But i won't preach, i will stop here.

uhhhh isn't schizophrenia caused and/or made worse by excessive dopamine levels in the brain? so cocaine would be highly counterproductive.

^I second this.

Stimulants (cocaine, the amphetamines and methylphenidate in particular) are not a good thing to be taking if you have schizophrenia.

I would take some benzos or maybe some Seroquel in all honesty.

It depends what you're trying to produce... according to the dopamine hypothesis, this accounts for many of the positive symptoms of schizophrenia.

Either way, if you desire stability and mental health, you should avoid them and they certainly don't treat the condition.

I do know that coke makes schizo symptoms worse, or can. My reasoning is that I would honestly rather use illicit drugs versus taking anti-psychotics for several personal reasons.

I could probably find benzos pretty easily. Thanks for the input--

Beside cushioning a comedown, I would avoid taking benzos because they can be nasty drugs by themselves. The key to cocaine "withdrawal" is to stop, stop and stop. Craving best taken care of by Modafinil and work.

Taking benzos is a bad idea with coke. It can cause death. Benzos and coke are a bad mixture.

When using moderate, responsible dosages, cocaine and benzos together is FAR from a death sentence.. If you start using obscenely excessive amounts, then sure, complications are a definite possibility.

But if you are not over doing it on the cocaine, and take a MG or two of klonopin/xanax to help ease the anxiety/comedown symptoms, there is not a huge risk of you just instantly dying or something..

When people OD on coke, they are often administered benzodiazepines in ER's. Please check your claims prior to making such needlessly alarmist statements regarding drug combination lethality.
