Blotter extraction to liquid then paper

What percentage of the original blotter hit being ingested would one expect to end up with after the following process:

1. Dissolve acid in 91 percent isopropanol by adding 1 ml to the blotter mixing and shredding the blotter.

2. Add isopropanol to a sheet of regular paper and dry to evaporation on the paper.

3. Wash the hit again to get residual material. Add the wash to the sheet of regular paper and dry.

4. Take the dry regular paper where the isopropanol was dissolved...put into a shot glass with a high proof liqour. Mix.

Take the shot...anyone tried this?

Sounds elaborate. I used to soak (for a day or so) a hit of blotter in a single portion bottle of non sparkling soft drink and then take it out and squeze the liquid out of the tab into the bottle. This way nearly all of the acid would dissolve and I could take an inconspicious bottle with me in public.

This procedure was a failure for some reason.

These tabs were pretty strong. But when I did this the trip ended up being quite weak.

not sure where I went wrong.
