someone on another website stated that most blotters these days had LSA and not LSD. he claimed mass spectro readings from the netherlands and recent busts in the US and Aus backed this up, but as of yet hasnt produced links to these reports.

im wondering if anyone has seen any evidence backing up his claim in the microgram reports? or elsewhere as i'd be interested in knowing if this is true.

i was under the impression that only lsd is capable of being active at the dose amount on blotter paper. the may 2003 microgram reports that 5meo has been found on blotters so i guess im wrong, unless its not active at the dose found.

that information as stated above is from the may 2003 microgram report. pdf or html format. DOB or DOI would be more likely to appear on a blotter than AMT, the doseage size is more suited to to fit on a blotter or sugar cube. not sure about the LSA though, maybe you could ask the person on the other board to cite his references? i dont think lsd adulteration will become a prevalent problem however.
5-METHOXY-ALPHA-METHYLTRYPTAMINE (5-MEO-AMT) APPEARING IN SUGAR CUBES AND LSD-STYLE BLOTTER PAPERS

The DEA Special Testing and Research Laboratory (Dulles, Virginia) has recently received multiple reports of sugar cubes and LSD-style blotter papers containing 5-methoxy-alpha-methyltryptamine (5-MeO-AMT). Drug abuse literature (unconfirmed) suggests that this tryptamine is relatively potent. The mass spectra of 5-MeO-AMT is provided below; complete analytical data will follow in a later issue of Microgram Bulletin or Microgram Journal.

A bit off topic but at new years I had some form of LSD in a sugar cube and was the strongest thing I had in my life.

Is there more chance that what I had was not LSD as it was in a sugar cube rather than a blotter or is this way too brief.

because lsd dose size is so much smaller than other substances, µg compared to mg, i think your more likely to find a bunk tab than an adulterated tab. the sugar cube you had would most probably have been a dose of liquid lsd which is generally stronger than a blotter and that would explain your experience.
